ChallanPro provides technology-enabled procedural facilitation, public traffic record verification, and legal counsel coordination for private and commercial vehicle owners. We assist users in identifying compoundable traffic notices and preparing formal representation lists for National Lok Adalats or virtual court sessions.
2. User Authorization & Power of Attorney
By engaging our facilitation services, you authorize our network of verified legal professionals to inspect public e-challan records, file applications for compounding under Section 19 of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987, and represent your vehicle matter virtually before the presiding judicial magistrate.
3. Independence & Government Clarity
You acknowledge that ChallanPro is an independent third-party facilitation platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operating on behalf of the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH), any State Traffic Police Department, or any National Legal Services Authority (NALSA). Official government alternatives remain accessible at all times without charge via echallan.parivahan.gov.in.
4. Statutory Compounding & Judicial Discretion
All traffic fine compounding is conducted strictly under Section 200 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 and Section 19 of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 at the sole judicial discretion of presiding judicial magistrates. ChallanPro facilitates procedural documentation and virtual court representation; we do not guarantee specific monetary determinations. Non-compoundable offenses are strictly ineligible for compounding.
5. Service Fees & Transparent Billing
ChallanPro charges a transparent, flat facilitation and legal assistance fee for processing your case. We do not collect government fine penalty money directly on this platform. Users receive an itemized breakdown prior to any formal representation.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
