  • Contact Information: 10-digit mobile number and email address provided by you to deliver your verified challan audit and legal settlement options.
  • Court Notice / Document Uploads (If any): Images of e-challans or court summons shared for legal counsel review.

2. Zero Document Retention Policy

ChallanPro enforces an institutional Zero Document Retention standard. Any temporary document proofs, registration certificates, or driving license images submitted during the consultation process are permanently purged from our encrypted cloud servers within 24 hours of case disposal by the judicial magistrate.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely for the following explicit purposes:

  • Checking open traffic notices on government and state police servers.
  • Preparing statutory compounding documentation for upcoming National Lok Adalat and virtual court sittings under Section 200 of the MV Act.
  • Assigning authorized legal counsel to assist you under your express authorization.
  • Delivering official court disposal receipts and Parivahan status confirmations.
