3. No Fine Collection on This Website
ChallanPro does not collect or process official traffic penalty fine amounts directly on this website. Any government fines are settled through authorized state payment gateways, official virtual court portals (vcourts.gov.in), or directly during National Lok Adalat sittings under the supervision of judicial officers.
4. Statutory Compounding & Judicial Discretion under the Motor Vehicles Act
Any compounding references on this platform pertain strictly to statutory compounding procedures governed by Section 200 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 and Section 19 of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987. ChallanPro does not encourage, promote, or condone traffic violations.
Penalties and compounding determinations remain at the exclusive discretion of presiding judicial magistrates during designated Lok Adalat or virtual court sessions. Non-compoundable offenses (including Section 185 for driving under the influence, Section 189 for speed trials/racing, and Section 184 for dangerous driving causing injury) cannot be compounded and require regular judicial proceedings.

Any formal court representation, procedural counseling, or formal replies filed on behalf of vehicle owners are executed by qualified legal counsel and professionals under statutory authorization or Power of Attorney.
